Till Fellner
Q: I've noticed that some performers focus on one or two composers during their career. Why is that - and does it ever become boring? (Eugene Walters)
A: " Well I'm not obsessed but at the moment there is a lot of Beethoven in my life. And you know, this is music you want to spend your life with, it's not that you study it, you play it for a couple of weeks and then you forget about it. I have to say, I mean it could be worse, no? I mean I'm privileged to play Beethoven. He's the greatest." (Austrian pianist Till Fellner)
